From his extensive experience in the home building industry, Ron Maugeri has learned that if you plan better, you can build better new homes in New Smyrna Beach, and your customers will live better. This is the premise upon which Ron founded Hammock Home Builders.
Ron grew up working in his family construction business in New York and branched out to work for UPS, where he learned the value of efficiency and process. In 1984, Ron and his family moved to Florida. Confident in his experience and ambitious to start his own company, he ran an ad in the local Pennysaver in Daytona Beach. His first office was the back of a pickup truck, where Tile-It Industries was born. Ron grew Tile-it into a giant flooring company success. He later launched International Tile and Stone, expanding his company into the flooring import and distribution arena. I.T.S. has become one of the largest and most successful import companies in Florida. He attributes his success to always doing what is right and keeping service the #1 priority. Ron has always said “making a profit is a byproduct of being the best, so just be the best!"
Ron's leadership has expanded beyond the boundaries of a traditional business owner. He has led many strategic initiatives that have had positive impact on multiple businesses in the country. To this day, he has ownership in the largest interior finish company in the country, Interior Logic Group (ILG).
Ron attempted to retire, but soon realized that business and home construction had become his passion. Ron’s plan was to bring together the best of the best in the building industry, creating a team of people with his same high standards of honesty, integrity, and overall customer satisfaction to craft premier new homes in New Smyrna Beach. Jennifer Mounteer-Ross is a seasoned Real Estate professional who prides herself on the trust she has earned from each of her clients. A native of the New Smyrna Beach area, Jennifer is savvy with the community and the unique benefits of living in the area. She loves being able to show off its unmatched charm, culture, restaurants, and picturesque beaches. Jennifer has knowledge in all aspects of the Real Estate process. She got her start in the business in construction loan processing, which sparked her interest in the world of Real Estate. With a Real Estate license in hand, she landed a job with a well-known developer which kick started her career. Because of her ambitious nature, she was managing his Custom Home Division and working on developing plan designs within months. She adopted an extensive hands-on approach to all aspects of building new homes in New Smyrna Beach and sales in new home communities, selling an average of 100 homes a year. Jennifer's skills and experiences have led to a successful Real Estate career expanding over 25 years. While not sharing and exploring the beautiful community she lives in, Jennifer enjoys being on the water, kayaking and fishing. She and her husband, Jeff, are soaking in the empty nest life but also love to spend as much time as they can with their friends and 4 adult sons.

Amy Emery has been creating exclusive high-end interiors for residences and businesses in the southeast for over 22 years. She is a determined entrepreneur, a mother, and an accredited designer with a degree from the University of Georgia.
Amy is passionate about the creative process that joins function of a space with her Client’s lifestyle and aesthetic. The end result: environments that that her Clients affectionately love and call “home.” She understands the hundreds of decisions to be made with construction projects, and how overwhelming they can be. Amy ensures that owners make smart choices that will reflect their personal style and create a cohesive design. Her goal is to take the stress out of the process and have a little fun doing it. She attributes the continuously expanding list of satisfied clients to her professionalism and the relationships created during the design process. Clean lines, comfortable environments, and unexpected whimsy are all hallmarks of Amy’s design aesthetic.
Amy is fortunate to love design to the extent that she considers it her hobby as well as her career. Any spare time she has is dedicated to her two daughters and being a soccer and dance mom. She jokes that someday she will have a hobby- and it will include traveling and shopping.

Moji Babazadeh has had an outstanding career in real estate and building industry for over 37 years. His educational roots started with a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an M.B.A. from Nova University. Being raised in a family construction business, it was in his blood, so he obtained a building and real estate license to jump start his career. Although his origin is Iranian, he affectionately has called the Daytona Beach area his home for the past 42 years.
Over the years, Moji has been featured in multiple industry publications and was featured as the Quality & Energy Efficiency expert in Volusia Magazine. He has received numerous real estate awards and certifications during his career including Volusia County Home Builders Association Salesman of the Year.
Moji is highly involved in industry professional organizations, keeping him versed in the most current affairs in the business. He has been a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, Volusia County and National Homebuilder Association for over a quarter century. He most recently joined the Flagler County Association of Realtors.
Coupled with his vast experience and knowledge of the real estate and building industry, Moji prides himself on being trustworthy, detailed and a great communicator – all vital traits to executing a seamless building experience with New Smyrna Beach luxury homes. When he is not mastering his trade, Moji enjoys traveling, following soccer and basketball. and spending time with his family.
